New Format – Faster, Easier Information

You may notice a little bit of difference in the way our newsletter looks, this time. In an effort to follow my own advice (see below) and try to keep our customers, clients, and friends up-to-date on what is happening here at LHS and in the world of digital marketing, I am trying to send out briefer, more frequent updates. The new sleeker version of our newsletter will help us achieve this much better. Don’t worry, we won’t flood you with email.

With things changing on a daily basis and all of us trying to find our balance during the ups and downs, we want our clients to know that we are still here, still doing our usual thing, and still making sure your digital presence is functioning optimally.

Keeping Your (Potential) Customers & Visitors Updated

If you have tried to go out almost anywhere, recently, you may have run into an issue with a lack of information about your trip. Is the business running on a normal schedule and hours? Are they limiting people in the building? Are they only offering curbside service? Are they even open, at all?

I have run into this lack of up-to-date information in several places ranging from restaurants, salons, and even the National Park Service. It is frustrating to have to “guess” what you might find when you get to your destination.

Make sure your customers and potential customers know what to expect as they interact with your business. Let them know your operating hours, limits they may encounter, and what you are doing to protect them and your staff and how that affects their visit.

Having a Covid-19 response on your website, that is updated regularly, can go a long way towards solving this issue. You should also make sure your Google MyBusiness page is updated with your current hours and operating information.

It only takes a moment to update and can make a big difference in your client’s comfort and confidence level.
